Tamil streets of Pondicherry

Pondicherry is divided into several quarters, with the French quarters on the sea side and the Tamil quarter on the northern side of the town as displayed in the picture below. INTACH ((Indian National Trust for Art and Cultural Heritage) is an organization devoted to heritage conservation and awareness in India. The NGO is based in Pondicherry and also have a website which contains all the information on the town's architecture.
