Grinde Store re-location

Dear Friends,

Message from Grinde. R. Sridharan, your friendly neighbourhood store, Pondy. First of all, we would like to thank you all for the support you have given us all these years. We have some news for you regarding our store.

We have planned for some major renovation in our premises. On account of this project, we are forced to move to a new location for the duration of the project. The new location is going to be very near, one minute walking distance from where we are now! The address is No: 2, Jawaharlal Nehru Street. (right opposite to rear entrance of Governor’s Bunglow) As it is a major renovation, we expect to operate from the new location for a minimum of 12 months to a maximum of 15 to 18 months..

The new premises is being conditioned for our requirements to run a store, and we are racing against time to start working in the new place by Monday the 17th of May.

The new location is a little bit smaller, and may not be as convenient as it is now. Till we get back to our old place, we request you to bear with the difficulty we are thowing at you, and patronize us as usual. We also promise you, that when we bounce back, you are going to have the most modern store in town, with same old ‘service with a smile’ of absolutely the highest standards.
