This I Believe is an essay series where an individual writes, in 350 to an absolute maximum of 550 words, a belief that defines who they are. Without trying to preach or be dogmatic and only speaking about their self, the author focuses on one idea that makes them the person they are. We at Sadhana Forest invite you to share your own or listen to a This I Believe essay and be our guest for a free, vegan organic dinner, over which we will share our essays. After dinner, you are welcome to stay for our Monday Chanting. Every week we will share essays around a different theme.
