Green mango pachadi or salad

  • 1 mango more or less ripe
  • 1 or 2 green chilies
  • 1 tbsp coriander leaves chopped
  • 1 tbsp coconut grated
  • Salt to taste

Wash, peel and grate mango. Add all ingredients and mix. Refrigerate before serving. This pachadi doesn’t keep for more than 3 hours. Serve it cold it’s delicious!
