Health Soup
- 1 cup mung beans1 big thumb of crushed ginger
- 1 green chili
- 1 teaspoon curcuma
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- Salt
Boil the beans with the ginger, the chili and the spices in 1 l of water and some salt for one hour in a pressure cooker.
Keep only the liquid. If needed add some lemon juice.
This soup is extremely nourishing, purifies the body. It can be used for a one day diet but be very careful not to abuse of it.
